By placing an order with Kingsley Menswear, a subsidiary of Kingsley Menswear Ltd, you are accepting these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order. Unless clearly stated otherwise, where rights and decisions are to be exercised or made at our discretion, then we shall be under no duty or obligation to you to justify or provide a reason for the decision. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions should the need arise.

"We" and "us" means Kingsley Menswear and Kingsley Menswear Ltd.
"You" means the person placing an order.

"The contract is agreed" – by placing and submitting an order online, you are making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

By using the website to buy products online, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.


"Working Days" means Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (UK Time) and excludes bank, public and statutory holidays.

By confirming and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay in payment being received, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised.

All prices are, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of UK VAT and other applicable UK taxes. Our VAT number is: GB. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

If you are intending to resell the goods (whether on e-Bay or otherwise) we reserve the right to change the conditions of sale. We will be entitled to treat you as a commercial customer and: -

1.1 the rights titled “Your Right to Cancel” will not apply;

1.2 the terms of our Returns Policy will be withdrawn;

1.3 we will only accept returned goods within seven days of dispatch if they were defective at the time of receipt;

1.4 we will charge a reasonable handling fee, which shall exclude packaging and/or delivery costs for which you shall be liable and which will be confirmed prior to your order being accepted


We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, and MasterCard via our payment gateway and PayPal

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.  

In the event that a payment is dishonoured by your bank or credit card provider, they (being your bank and credit card provider) may charge a fee. Where we incur any fee or liability as a result of a dishonoured payment, you will be liable to reimburse us in full for the amount we have incurred. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Kingsley Menswear Ltd will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, credit reference services). We reserve the right to instruct a third party to complete these checks. By ordering from our website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order and we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery this may cause. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. To get specific details of delivery options in your area visit our delivery page here

Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices for the items you are purchasing. The amount of the delivery charge will depend on delivery option you have chosen.

Please note that in addition to the items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your orders. During the festive period estimate delivery times and cut off dates will be displayed in our delivery section. 


If, for any reason you are unhappy with the goods, you have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 calendar days from the day on which the goods were received. If you wish to cancel your order before your goods are dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone, email or via our contact form here.

If you wish to cancel after the goods are dispatched, please return the goods to us indicating whether you require an exchange or refund as soon as possible. Please ensure you fill out the enclosed return form from your original order and include the original invoice so we can process your return/exchange appropriately. Failure to do this could result in your return or exchange being delayed for which the company cannot be held responsible. In the event that no information is given, the company will hold the parcel for 3 months until the company determine the correct owner and/or the correct owner proves ownership of the return. If, after 3 months, the identity of the customer return isn’t determined the company reserve the right to dispose of the goods contained. 

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have a right of action against you for compensation. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.


You can return your items within 14 days from the received date providing the item(s) is in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached. 

If, for any reason you are unhappy with the goods, you have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 calendar days from the day on which the goods were received. If you wish to cancel your order before your goods are dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone, email or via our contact form here.

The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore, we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods, use a tracked delivery service and retain all records of delivery. All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with care. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible with the return form and original invoice included.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price, there will be no credit. A fee maybe be required for the return delivery of your requested exchange. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by emailing us on or calling us on 01924 650909, and a member of our team will look into it. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund. Kingsley Menswear will not be held responsible for any shipping costs that have not been agreed prior to the item being sent back to us. Please ensure that you contact us before shipping any faulty items back to us. 


Official Kingsley Menswear promotion codes entitle you to an offer on your online order from To utilise your promotion, enter the coupon code at the basket stage of your order to apply the advertised discount. Please note, promotion codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. An asterisk will be displayed next to all promotional code offers, this will indicate that this term applies and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

Promotion codes are territory specific, remain our property. Promotional codes cannot be used against postage and packaging costs and there is no cash alternative available in respect of the promotional code. Promotional codes will only be accepted if submitted at the point of order. We will not subsequently apply a promotional code if the order is submitted without the prior application of the promotional code at the basket stage. Please check your order thoroughly before placing to avoid disappointment.

Where a promotion code has a specific end date, this will be will be displayed on all promotional artwork. Please refer to the promotional artwork as promotional codes cannot be used after the expiration date has passed. Kingsley Menswear cannot be held responsible for technical errors resulting in a promotional code not working and/or customers missing the place in which to enter the promotional code, under no circumstances will the equivalent be reimbursed after or during the promotion period. The promotional code will be applied proportionally to the goods. Any returns or refunds on goods purchased with the benefit of the promotional code will be on the proportional price as indicated in the sales invoice. 


Official student discount codes acquired from the Student Beans website will entitle you to 10% off your order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Sale items. For further T's and C's please see the Student Beans website.

These terms and conditions apply to all Kingsley Menswear Menswear competitions.

To enter a competition, you will be required to comment and/or share the competition post in question. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entrants who use multiple accounts on any social media platform to enter a Kingsley Menswear competition will not be eligible and their entries will not be counted.

One (1) winner will be selected by an impartial, independent panel. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any competition held by Kingsley Menswear is not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or competition.

The panel shall notify the winner via the relevant social media platform via message, on or after the competition end date. To claim their prize, the winner must email Kingsley Menswear within 30 days of being notified, otherwise, an alternative winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above.

The winner agrees that its personal information, and that of the person selected by the winner, including, but not limited to, full name and residential address, may be held and used only by the company, its agents and suppliers to administer the competition and may be disclosed where required by law.

The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include the publication of their name on the Kingsley Menswear website ( and social media pages.

The company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of any circumstances outside the company’s reasonable control. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the company may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

The company shall not be responsible for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entering the competition.

Each entrant agrees to release Facebook from any liability in connection with this competition and acknowledges that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

Your statutory rights are not affected. This competition is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts if you are resident in England and Wales, the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts if you are resident in Scotland and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts if you are resident in Northern Ireland.
